OLSdigital successfully established: 80% of disclosure notifications digitalised

SIX Exchange Regulation AG (SER) is pleased to announce the successful establishment of its digital platform OLSdigital. Since its launch on 4 March 2024, OLSdigital has become an indispensable tool for investors and issuers, enabling them to submit disclosure notifications efficiently and digitally in accordance with the Financial Market Infrastructure Act (FinMIA).

Well received and widely used
After the first year, more than 80% of all disclosure notifications are submitted to SER using OLSdigital. This high level of acceptance underlines how user-friendly the platform is and the numerous advantages it offers:

  • Increased efficiency:
the process is accelerated significantly thanks to the direct online entry and simultaneous submission of reports to the Disclosure Office of SER and the issuers.
  • Fewer errors:
the digital entry process minimises the potential for errors that can occur when physical forms are submitted manually.
  • Traceability:
the platform makes it easier for issuers and the Disclosure Office to check the reports submitted in terms of their completeness and formal accuracy.

Benefits for investors
The introduction of OLSdigital is particularly beneficial for investors:

  • Time savings:
investors can submit their disclosure notifications online quickly and easily without having to rely on physical documents.
  • Transparency:
the digital platform allows for better traceability and provides an overview of all reports submitted, which increases transparency in the market.
  • Security:
digital submission ensures that data is processed securely and reliably, reducing the risk of data loss and errors.

Digitalisation for the future
With OLSdigital, SER has taken a significant step towards digitalisation and simplifying disclosure notifications. The platform not only offers a modern solution for ensuring compliance with statutory notification duties, but also contributes to transparency and efficiency in the financial market.
